Return/Replacement Policy

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

The vendor will only accept return if the customer refuses to take order and the product is returned in its original packaging form however customer will incur the cost of delivery and return. Under no circumstances, any product(s) will be returned/taken back in case of change of mind of customer. Company and the vendor will jointly determine that the product was different from what was described in the product information provided

If the product is physically damaged or broken or incorrect or incomplete upon delivery, you should immediately notify us within a 24 hours window via email at [email protected]  or  call at 021-3718-8859 so that we can replace your product. Incase your desired product is out of stock you will be given a refund.

To be eligible for complete replacement of your product or refund, the product should be:

  1. Undamaged, unused and in the condition in which it was received
  2. The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.
  3. None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.
